No prior experience is necessary! My programs cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Where will the in-person training located?

I train out of FOCUS Athletics Co. located in Costa Mesa.

How will I be able to see and track my workouts and progress?

I get all my clients setup on the free app Trainerize.
