I recently earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach, and I’m excited to share my passion for health and fitness with you. With over a decade of experience in strength training, running, and functional fitness, I bring a wealth of knowledge to creating personal training programs that prioritize safety and results.
